29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end:     a)  At 6731 Hill Rock Lane, Lot 7 River Walk Trace, Fairburn, Georgia:  On or about July 11, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform brick mason activities from an outrigger platform on a three buck high scaffold and the work platform extended at lest four feet past its support exposing his employees to a fall hazard of  16.6 feet to the ground below.
