Brass shell, paper-lined sockets, or other metal-cased sockets may not be used unless the shell is grounded:  a.  The overhead florescent lighting bulbs in the valet closet did not have sleeves or other means of protection from accidental contact.

The water comes through the ceiling and down the walls.  Containers are placed on the floor to catch the water and the room has a bad odor.
