29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 12800 Rt. 9 West Coxsackie, NY- On or about July 10, 2019, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 9' while removing shingles on a commercial building with no fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:  a) 12800 Rt. 9 West Coxsackie, NY- On or about July 10, 2019, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 9' while removing shingles on a commercial building.  Employees had not been properly trained in how to identify and mitigate fall hazards in construction.
