29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation:    a) At the field located near 16297 old highway 194 in Sheldon, WI: On or about July 8, 2019, the employer did not ensure that authorized employees were trained in hazardous energy sources and the methods to prevent unexpected energization prior to performing tasks that require energy isolation on the John Deere 460M round baler, the John Deere A420R round bale accumulator and the John Deere 6145R tractor.     Tractor Central, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1360586, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 551 Main Street in Sheldon, WI.

29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees:    a) Tractor Central, LLC: Within the company, the employer did not require authorized employees to affix lockout or tagout devices to energy isolation points;    i) At the field located near 16297 old highway 194 in Sheldon, WI: On or about July 8, 2019, the employer did not require the use of lockout or tagout devices by each authorized employee prior to performing tasks that require energy isolation on the John Deere 460M round baler, the John Deere A420R round bale accumulator and the John Deere 6145R tractor.     ii) At 551 Main Street in Sheldon, WI: On or about July 11, 2019, the employer did not require the use of lockout or tagout by each authorized employee prior to performing tasks that require energy isolation on the John Deere 460M round baler, the John Deere A420R round bale accumulator and the John Deere 6130M tractor.      Tractor Central, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1360586, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 551 Main Street in Sheldon, WI.
