29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour Time-Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million particles of air (50 ppm) for any 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week and attenuated accordingly for extended work shifts in extended work weeks:  On or about July 13, 2019, at 10788 SW 188th Street, Cutler Bay, FL 33157, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour TWA of 869 ppm of carbon monoxide, derived from biological monitoring, when operating a propane powered sanding machine in a shop with the doors closed.
