29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions were not immediately repaired or properly guarded before an employee used the walking-working surface:  (a) on or about 7/1/2019 TSA baggage inspectors were exposed to trip and fall hazards in that exposed conduits installed on the floor were marked with hazard tape but were not the hazard was not isolated with anti-trip covers.
