29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries.   On or about July 16, 2019: Employees working in the call center located at 1335 Rockdale Industrial Boulevard in Conyers, Georgia are exposed to trip hazards as well as fire hazards where the fire extinguishers were not properly mounted and identified. a)  At the side employee entrance door (on floor holding a door open) b)  In the hallway (sitting on the floor, not mounted, no sign) c)  In the call center (no fire extinguisher sign)
