29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  On or about July 17, 2019 and times prior, the employer allowed workers performing roofing work, to work from inside a trash box elevated by a SS-842 Square Shooter Turbo forklift.  The trash box was used as a work platform that was not approved by the forklift manufacturer exposing the employees to an unprotected fall hazard.
