29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces:  On or about July 16, 2019 in the Grupo Antolin Missouri Facility, flexible cords and cables were attached to walls and building surfaces.  (a) Temporary power strip was attached to a wall near the safety center area. (b) Extension cords were attached to structural supports in a work area toward the west side of the facility.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  On or about July 16, 2019 at the Grupo Antolin Missouri facility, a listed electrical metallic outlet box was not mounted to a solid structure. The outlet box was attached to an extension cord and laid on the floor of the facility in the foam cutting area. This is not approved by its listing/instructions thus exposing employees to an electrical hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.  On or about July 16, 2019 at the Grupo Antolin Missouri facility, a container of an unknown chemical cleaning agent was observed at a work station in the facility. The container had no label, marking, or other type of identifier to provide employees with information on the hazards of the chemical.
