(a) 300 E Pass Road, Longbeach, MS 39560 - On or about July 17, 2019 the employer did not ensure the flange of the Steel Ridge Beam being used as an anchorage for personal fall arrest systems was capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds, exposing employees to fall hazards.
