29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about July 11, 2019, back of the building, the employee inside the Skyjack lift was not wearing a body belt and lanyard attached to the basket, exposing himself to 12 feet 5-inch fall hazard. Southern Construction and Development, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1097563, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on January 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4520 I55 North, Jackson, MS.
