29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:      (a)    Zamora Quality Construction LLC at 4505 E. Montview Blvd., Denver, CO 80207:  On and before July 12, 2019, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  One employee and three subcontractor employees were engaged in framing work on the second level addition on a single family residential home without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of more than 6 feet and up to approximately 11 feet or more.
