29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.   a) On or about 7/15/19, on a roofing jobsite, at a house at 40 Taunton Place, Buffalo, NY: One employee was engaged in roofing work on the low slope roof on the east side of the house, and one employee was engaged in roofing work on the low slope roof on the west side of the house. The employees were wearing body harnesses, but were not tied off to lifelines, and were exposed to a fall of approx. 20 ft. Pitch of the roof was 4 in 12.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
