29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 7512 Plum Hollow Circle, Liverpool, NY., on or about 7/24/2019: Employees removing and installing roofing materials were permitted to work at elevated heights on a 6:12 sloped roof, as far as approximately 15 feet above ground level, and were not protected from falling.
