29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about 7/16/19, at the back of the Schaeffer Supply building located at 146 Clinton St., Buffalo, NY: Two employees were pointing bricks on the building from inside of the elevated basket of a JLG Model 600AJ aerial lift. Neither employee was wearing a body harness with an attached lanyard, and neither was tethered to the boom or basket of the lift in any other way. The employees were exposed to potential fall of approx. 30 ft.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
