29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200:  a) On or about July 23, 2019, Throughout he facility, the employer did not provide access to employees to a copy of the company written Hazard Communication Program for the protection of the employees using hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to Lysol and Ecolab High Performance Neutral Floor Cleaner.
