29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms.      a) On and before 07/26/2019, at the condominium at 1100 Capri Isles Blvd., Venice, FL, potable water was not provided by the employer for employees who were conducting landscaping activities. Employees were required to bring their own water.
