29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace:  a) Reliance Oilfield Services LLC at County Road 7 and County Road 14 in Johnstown, CO 80534:  On or before July 22, 2019 , the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical used onsite.  These chemicals include Brake Clean, Multipurpose Grease, Electrical Contact Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, WD-40, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid . This condition exposed employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.
