29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  5105 Harbour Ridge Drive, Alpharetta, GA:  On or about July 29, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards varying from 9 feet above lower levels to 22 feet, six inches above lower levels, in that the employer did not provide or require the use of effective fall protection for employees performing roofing work on a 4 in 10 low slope roof.
