Wood beams attached to a wood plank, which was laid on the scaffold at the 3rd tier level, was used as horizontal bracing to the building. The scaffold legs were supported by stacks of hollow cinder blocks and a wood plank laid across two concrete walls. Unstable objects were used to support the scaffold and its work platforms. On or about 07/30/19.       b) Custom-built scaffold at the edge of the building on the 3rd floor:       Employees were bricklaying on scaffold platforms built with wood planks laid across stacks of cinder blocks.
