29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    A) At the renovation of the of the clubhouse of the Pelican Sound Golf & River Club in Estero Florida, on or about 07/25/19,  employees were installing HVAC conduits from rafters without using a fall protection system, exposing them to a fall hazard of 11 feet, 6 inches to the ground below.
