29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Both kitchens: On or about 7/31/19 the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards, specifically: (1) An electrical junction box for a light switch in the upstairs kitchen had a broken cover plate exposing the interior of the box, (2) A lighted emergency exit sign fixture in the basement was pulled away from the electrical junction box exposing electrical conductors.
