29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:    a) Linden Bulk Transportation, LLC/4200 Tremley Point Road, Linden, NJ- Wash Bay Area: The employer did not select and require employees to use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazards present while performing their assigned duties. Employees working in the Wash Bay Area are exposed to chemical splashes during cleaning process and tasks such as but not limited to Heel Removal from the chemical cargo trailer. Employee cleaning cargo trailer was splashed with Formic acid and suffered burns on his abdomen.      Condition occurred on July 19, 2019
