29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts:   a) Assembly Area, on or about 8/7/19: Victor Lathe, the rotating chuck was not guarded.  b) Assembly Area, on or about 8/7/19:  Bridgeport Vertical Mill was not provided with a chuck and tool guard.   c) Assembly Area, on or about 8/7/19: Horizontal Band Saw was not protected with a guard on the unused portion of the blade on the right and left side.  d) Assembly Area, on or about 8/7/19: Belt Sander, the moving belt was not guarded.
