29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  Suite 1730, Evidence Room: On or about August 6, 2019, employees used aerosol chemicals to clean and lubricate their service weapon. The employer did not assess each chemical to determine the need for PPE and/or natural ventilation. Employees were exposed to inhalation and contact hazards.

29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10): The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems and the material below was not maintained:  Suite 1730, Evidence Room: Employees performed administrative duties throughout the work area. Inside the Evidence Room, the sprinkler discharge pattern was obstructed by materials stacked below the sprinkler head. Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation hazards.
