Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On or about August 5, 2019, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 12 feet (single story) while performing roofing work from a low-slope roof. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
