29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) On or about 08/07/2019 at the Carrier Enterprise warehouse, at 2000 Parks Oaks Ave. FL., several of the aisles were blocked, in that, no vehicles were able to maneuver thru and employees using pallet jacks to load/unload were exposed to struck/caught by hazard.
