OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that; employees were exposed to fall hazards and struck by hazards.      a) 3558 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305, on or about 08/08/19 and times prior, employees were exposed to fall, and struck-by hazards while being elevated onto a roof with a trash container that was attached to the forks of a JLG Telehandler.
