29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    a) On or about August 5, 2019, employees operated a circular saw with a damaged electrical cord to cut siding. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.    b) On or about August 5, 2019, the flexible cord that connected the air compressor to the power source was damaged in multiple places. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
