29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 11720 Evangeline Dr., Lot 112 Churchill, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about August 9, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 21.1 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 11720 Evangeline Dr., Lot 112 Churchill, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about August 9, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10.7 feet to the ground below.
