29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or person fall arrest system:   A) South wall of school Gym, on or about August 12, 2019, and or times prior to, employees engaged in construction activities were required to work from heights greater than six feet without fall protection, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.
