29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a.  4800 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, Georgia, Warehouse, JARS TD Inc work station:  On or about August 6, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that a relocatable power tap (RPT) was attached by its cord to conduit using plastic cable ties and was daisy chained with another RPT to provide electrical power to battery chargers in a mobile cage.  b.  4800 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, Georgia, Warehouse, JARS TD Inc work station:  On or about August 6, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that a relocatable power tap (RPT) was attached by its cord to conduit using plastic cable ties and placed under the work station desk to provide electrical power to computers, a printer and a time clock.
