29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 18172 South Section St., Bldg. 4800 Old Battles Place Apartments, Fairhope, Alabama: On or about August 14, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform siding activities from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing her employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 9 inches to the ground below.
