29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2): The employer did not provide respirators which were applicable and suitable for the purpose intended.      On or about August 14, 2019:  Employees working at the facility located at 500 Medical Center Boulevard, Lawrenceville, Georgia who come in contact with patients may be exposed to tuberculosis (TB).  The employer did not have NIOSH approved N95 filtering facepiece respirators available for employee use.
