29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) On or about August 14, 2019, the employer did not ensure that their written hazard program was implemented according to the requirements of the standard:       1) Mislabeled and unlabeled chemical containers of Metrilube and Decon-Spore were not reported to the person responsible for maintaining chemical labels, exposing employees to hazards from unknown chemical exposure.       2) The employer did not update Safety Data Sheets to ensure that employees had access to current GHS compliant copies for Decon-Spore, Metrilube, H2O2, exposing them to hazards of chemical exposure.      3) The employer did not ensure that labels are required to be GHS compliant where the written program requires that the numerical hazard identification system for signs, placards, and labels meet the HMIS or NFPA requirements, and the standard requires labels to be compliant with the GHS. 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical:      1) On or about August 14, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided access to current safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in the workplace, exposing them to hazards of unknown chemical exposure:         a) Metrex Metrilube, an instrument lubricant, was classified exempt from HazCom in the 2007 MSDS available to employees.  The current revision, modified September 2018, is compliant with the GHS, classified as an eye irritant and an aspiration toxicant, and contains different ingredients than in 2007.         b) Biologos 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Solution, a corrosive, was ordered last in May 2019.  The MSDS provided by the employer is not GHS compliant and is dated 5/7/2007.
