29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. 4800 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, Georgia, Warehouse, Express Pack Service work station labeled Express Parcel Service: On or about August 6, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that an Underwriter's Laboratories listed CE Tech brand relocatable power tap, used to provide electrical power to computers and a printer, was attached to the desk frame with a plastic cable tie and was plugged into an electrical extension cord rather than being connected directly to a branch circuit receptacle.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords were used where attached to building surfaces: a. 4800 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, Georgia, Warehouse, Express Pack Service work station labeled Express Parcel Service: On or about August 6, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that a flexible electrical extension cord, connected to a relocatable power tap to provide power to computers and a printer, was attached by plastic cable ties to electrical conduit and a metal cage.
