29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour.    Location: jobsite    On or about August 15, 2019 workers were exposed to explosion hazards while work where Oxygen and Acetylene cylinders had been stored together without being separated.
