29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-sope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  a) On or about 8/7/19 at a roof project located at 150 South Union Avenue, Williamsville, New York; employees were replacing sheathing and shingles on the roof of a two story apartment building. The roof had a 3 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 20 feet. There was no fall protection in use.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms were bridged on to another:  a) On or about 8/7/19 at a roof project located at 150 South Union Avenue, Williamsville, New York; employees were performing roofing activities from a ladder jack scaffold approximately 18 feet high. There were two platforms in use and one platform was bridged to another and not on or over a bracket.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
