29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours.  (a) Date of Violation: On or about 08-16-2019 and times prior thereto, located at the FBI Central Records Complex, 2117 Millwood Pike U.S. Route 50 Winchester, VA 22601, the employer; Envise, upon request from a Federal OSHA Compliance Officer, did not provide OSHA 300 logs within four (4) hours.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
