29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: a) Units 114-116 (Temporary Power Pedestal Box: 200Amps, 240Volts Service): On or about August 21, 2019, the employer required employees to operate a live electrical panel box without a dead front where unprotected wires and bare connectors were present during construction activities; exposing employee(s) to electrical hazards.
