29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative: At 402 Highway 28 in Bland, MO 65014 - On or about 08/22/2019, employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught in the point-of-operation or contacted by rotating parts while changing out saw blades on pallet dismantling saws ("Green" and "Yellow", Model / Serial No. unavailable) and the employer did not establish a program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment was isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative.
