29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:  a) Corner of Brumby Lane and Roundup Drive, Missoula Montana: On August 21, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet to the ground below while placing plywood on a two story residential home without fall protection.
