29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  a) On August 22, 2019 employees were exposed to fall hazards at heights above 10 feet, in that they were not utilizing any type of fall protection system while framing a residential structure with a roof pitch of 6/12.   b) On August 22, 2019 an employee was exposed to fall hazards at heights above 10 feet, in that the employee was not utilizing any type of fall protection system while decking a residential roof structure with a pitch of 6/12.
