29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii): The building and/or facility owner(s) did not notify prospective employers, tenants, employees of the owner, and all employers of employees who would  be performing work within adjacent areas of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos-containing material or presumed asbestos-containing material, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities in writing, or a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives:    a)  On or about August 20, 2019, and at times prior, the building owner, Hunt Enterprises, LLC, failed to notify subcontracted employers of the presence of asbestos-containing material (ACM) before or during re-roofing work where the removal of asbestos-containing roofing materials was necessary.  Hunt Enterprises, LLC received notification of the presence of asbestos and a copy of an Asbestos Inspection before re-roofing work began.
