OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to struck-by hazards from moving, swinging and rotating earth moving equipment.   On or about 08/28/2019 employees at the Town Farm Road culvert construction project were exposed to struck-by hazards. The injured employee was operating a remote control trench roller when he was struck by the tracks of a moving Doosan excavator.
