29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     On or about July 30, 2019, during the installation of a new gas line at a job site located at 4161 Heritage Center Rd, Copley, Ohio 44321; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a commercial restaurant were protected from a fall of approximately 21 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
