29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): Each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers was not equipped with stair rail systems:    (a) Chuck's Furniture: On or about August 21, 2019, an employee was painting the third floor exit door stairs that measured approximately 47 inches wide and was not equipped with a standard stair rail system on each open side.     (b) Warehouse Docks: On or about August 29, 2019 and times prior, an employee accessed the warehouse via the stair case at the docks that measured approximately 36 inches wide and was not equipped with a standard stair rail system on the open side nor hand rail on the enclosed side.
