29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:     On or about August 29, 2019, on the west exterior elevation of a commercial building under construction located at 2331 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet when moving an aerial lift through a worksite while not wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to an anchor point.
