29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. 14-16 West Main St., Bound Brook, NJ - Meridia Downtown  Employees engaged in residential construction activities were not protected from falls by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  The employer did not ensure that a guardrail system was installed at all outside edges to prevent falls.  Violation observed on or about August 30, 2019

Employees engaged in residential framing activities worked from the top step of a fiberglass A-frame ladder.  Violation observed on or about August 30, 2019
