This was most recently documented on or about August 29, 2019 at 8720 South 38th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516 when employees were observed installing sheeting on a residential structure while working at greater than 6 feet above the ground without fall protection.

This was most recently documented on or about August 29, 2019 at 8720 South 38th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516.  The employer has inadequately trained employees who were installing sheeting in the use of fall protection.

This was most recently documented on or about August 29, 2019 at 8720 South 38th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516.  The top level of an 6-foot step ladder was used by employees to access the upper landing surface.
